FAQ
No. If you don't have one, you open a Shopify account in your own name and add us as a collaborator. If you already sell on Shopify, we build the courses into the store you have, next to your other products.
You do. The store, your content, your customers and your sales are yours from day one. We work as a collaborator on your account, and you can remove our access whenever you like.
Your recorded videos, any PDFs or slides, your logo and a few lines about who the course is for. If your lessons are still in an outline, send that too and we'll shape the course structure with you on the call.
Filming or editing your videos, writing your course content from scratch, paid ads, and your Shopify plan. Moving in an existing course from another platform is quoted on the call, depending on its size.
By invoice, in US dollars: half when we start and half at launch, once you've approved the preview.
Yes. After launch you can build new courses yourself in Chapters, or ask us to build the next one for you at a fixed price.
